About Us

Hemingbrough Bowls Club is situated in the village of Hemingbrough, located 15 Miles away from the historic city of York. The market town of Selby is just 5 miles away and the town and port of Goole located 8 miles away.
The Bowls Club its self is located on the village playing fields, which are easily accessible to all villagers by foot, car or bike. Hemingbrough Bowls Club is make up of members from all over, the large majority are from Hemingbrough but we have members travelling from, Fulford, Cliffe, Wresle, Howden, Goole and many more places.

Hemingbrough Bowls Club is a member of the Goole and District Bowling Association. Which is open to all bonafide amateur bowling clubs within a twelve-mile radius of Goole.

Not only do we have a wide range of league commitments we also have a busy friendly fixture list competing with many clubs in the surrounding areas.
